Job Summary
Our Client seeks to hire a Sales and Marketing Executive who will ensure effective formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and efficient co-ordination of activities in the sales and marketing department.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years

Gross Salary: 100k-125k Gross,
Responsibilities
• Actively generate business for the organization using various marketing techniques and meet sales targets.
• Apply consultative sales approach that enables all sales opportunities to be realized.
• Collate, organize, manage and develop contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities
• Develop and implement effective strategies to reach customers to deliver new business sales growth.
• Maintain good customer relationships, monitor customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
• Work closely and coordinate with service delivery team.
• Continual market research and identification of market needs.
• Organize and carry out promotional campaigns and publicity events.
• Prepare weekly/monthly work plans and reports.
• Other duties designated by the seniors.
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing profession with B2B marketing experience.
• Industry and mining chemicals experience.
• Background in plastics industry is an added advantage.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.
• Customer relationship building.
• Sales pitching.
