Job Summary
A fast growing MFI which provides structured finance is seeking to recruit an experienced, result-oriented and a professional of impeccable character to fill the above position.
- Minimum Qualification: Certificate
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
The position entails sales and marketing with a retainer of Kes 15,000 plus commissions but with supporting tools to enable good results. Confirmation of employment with different terms will only be after excellent performance during or after probation.
The position requires a mature person, with strong ability to close business deals and has the drive to grow business and build capacity
Qualification and competencies:
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of operational procedures related to microfinance
• Marketing /Strong selling, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make good business decision.
• Be a holder of at least a certificate in marketing / Business administration or any other Business related field
• Ability to learn very fast and multitask.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the banking related industry
• Experience in insurance products sales will be an added advantage
• Should be 28 years and above.
