Job Summary
Our client is an established manufacture of high quality furniture. They seek to hire a well-experienced Sales Representative to generate revenue through sales while offering excellent customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Industry: Construction Furniture Supplier,
Gross Salary: 30-40k plus commissions,
Location: Nairobi,
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through the different products.
• Represent the company for the sale of the products in a defined sales area
• Meet sales targets consistently.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions, to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products in the company.
• Create the best buying experience to make lifelong customer retention.
• Offer excellent customer experience both physically and through online engagements
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and referrals.
• Stay on top of market trends and current products in the market
• Cold calling on customers, able to follow up on leads
• Flexible work schedule to be in office, out selling, demoing equipment as needed
• Preparation of proper and accurate invoices.
Key Qualifications:
• Business Degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing or in a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ sales experience preferably in the construction industry
• Valid motor bike license of 2-3 years
• Experience in B2C sales
• Excellent Sales Skills and techniques
• Industry knowledge on market trends and understanding target market.
• Demonstrate an excellent sales track record
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation skills
• Able to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to travel across the designated regions.
